Scribbling is more than a simple activity in preschool

Before children start to write they scribble. Scribbling is a fine motor skill and it is one of first few activities toddlers learn in our school.

Scribbling is more than a simple activity; it is a visual expression and beginning of creative thinking. Sometimes young children can use scribbling to express or communicate.

Scribbling allows the child to explore the classroom environment and to feel independent. The skill learned at this stage later helps in writing.

Our teachers encourage scribbling and drawing at all ages in our preschool.
